Chris has played at the Opera House - Sydney, toured Australia with a classical trio, recorded a range of CD's & taught Classical and Acoustic Guitar to students for more than 25 years.
He has studied with various Schools & Masters such as Christopher Parkening and also Scott Tenannt from the L.A Guitar Quartet.
Chris was initially self-taught in the art of guitar-making and then studied with various Australian Luthiers.
The School of Acoustic Guitar Making was founded in 2002 and has expanded from a one room workshop in Coldstream in the beautiful Yarra Valley to a new home at Montsalvat in Eltham. Chris has taught over 200 students over the past 5 years.
