COLLAGE WORKSHOPS WITH STORYHOLDING

Bring along yourself and/or your bestie, secret-not-so-secret crush, visiting family/friends, date or loved ones and surprise yourself with the always-unexpected result of the most unique piece of art straight from your imagination!

You’ll be presented with an eclectic collection of a specially curated selection of paper paraphernalia (vintage children’s books, encyclopaedias, National Geographics, calendars from olde, etc) and led through a step-by-step approach. The deeper we go into the workshop, the more freedom you’ll have, but I’ll be there to gently guide you all along the way, without being invasive.

Welcome to the incomparable thrill of cutting into what you’ve always been told wasn’t allowed. You’ll cut out ONLY the parts that resonate with YOU, that matter and stand out to YOU. The result will be something UNIQUELY YOU.

Groups are kept small (max 7) so it’s not overwhelming, and light refreshments & French background music will be served. You’ll be sitting in the dreamiest, light-filled studio on the planet, situated next to a stunning pool with water fountains. It’s a healing sort of place – one that makes people leave with a smile.

What you will learn

  • I'll share examples with you of different ideas/styles so you can get i n s p i r e d !

  • Tips & tricks when it comes to different cutting, pasting (or non-pasting) and layout styles (suggestions from you also welcome, of course!).

  • Then it's PLAY TIME, because by now your creative juices will be flowing like mad and your hands shall be ITCHING to start CUTTING & ASSEMBLING! I'll guide you into sourcing for ideas & images and leave time for you to enjoy the adventure of finding your pieces that will make your whole! You'll explore the way(s) that best work for you in assembling your pieces together.

What you will get

  • ALL materials will be provided.
