TERRACOTTA CANDLE HOLDER WORKSHOP WITH ADELE JADE

Let’s gather to make art and appreciate history at the not-for-profit heritage arts precinct, Montsalvat!

Your class begins with delicious bites and fresh brewed organic espresso coffee.

Then, it’s time to get creative with terracotta clay! Adele will guide you as you hand build your own unique pair of candlestick holders. Terracotta has been widely used since ancient times for art, sculpture and ritual objects that help connect to self and community.

After class, you are welcome to explore the stunning gardens, pathways and stone buildings that make Montsalvat so charming and unique*.

Your ceramic creations will be cared for and kiln fired at Montsalvat, ready for collection approximately 3 weeks later.

What’s Included:

• Approx 1.5 hour hand building ceramics class, guided by Adele

• 2 unique terracotta candle holders, kiln fired at Montsalvat

• Chocolate cake, focaccia, cheeses & fruit

• Fresh brewed organic espresso coffee

• A pair of natural handmade Beeswax candles to use with your creation

• Admission to explore Montsalvat gardens, after your class
