‘Moving through space we ground ourselves through our attention to our surroundings. When our attention is elsewhere we can become disconnected from the moment and the space.

Going into situations with our full attention requires us to shut out other non-physical spaces we are inhabiting. Focusing on where we are physically takes us to a place within ourselves that is connected to our ability to find a sense of where our excitement is leading us.

This series of works is a visual dancing into the realms of non-physical and physical space that we move between in our lives. How do we navigate space? How do we choose which direction to go?'
